The Park User Term

 

 

Rent Related Items

1. The Park has taken the following insurance policy:

• Public Liability Insurance: NT$3,000,000 per person for physical injury/ NT$30,000,000 per accident occurrence for physical injury / NT$3,000,000 per occurrence for property damage.

• Commercial Fire Insurance: Insurance amount NT$5,000,000.

 

2. Once decide booking, a rental agreement is required to secure the booking, and a deposit of 30% has to be paid within 2 days after agreement signed. 

 

3. Renter has to keep the venue environment (construction and equipments) are in good shape. If any damage is done during renting period, the renter will be charged for repair cost according to the agreement. 

 

Prohibited Items

1. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the venue.

 

2. Fire-related tools (including gas, torch lamps, candles…etc.) and any other electric equipment that might cause unusual voltage change are not allowed to use.

 

3. LED light and disco light are not allowed to be hung directly onto the truss.

 

4. Any decorations that need to be stuck and posted in the venue need to follow the Park policy ( No glue or tape is allowed to be used directly on the ground and on the wall). Nails are absolutely not allowed to be used into the ground and the wall. Any violation will be charged for repair cost according to the agreement.

 

After 22:00 No Re-Entry policy

1.「After 22:00 No Re-Entry Policy」 is designed to prevent the unintentional lingering and noises outside and disturbing the neighbors. Since smoking is not allowed inside, there is a flexible break-time to outside as 15 minutes for phone calls and cigarette in the designated area. 

 

2. Please check out with a “time record slip” and return. If your returning time exceed the 15 minutes, we will re-charge you with re-entry fee as NT$200.
